'START I.T' is Harlow ITeC's 'Entry Level' Computer Course for complete beginners who are looking for a Nationally-Recognised Qualification.

On completion of this course you will have a basic knowledge of using a computer & a City & Guilds 4248 Certificate.

• Gain a basic knowledge of all PC hardware (keyboard, mouse etc)
• Gain a basic knowledge of using desktop & windows
• Word processing; edit text, format font, format paragraph, use spell check, print & save
• Gain a basic knowledge of windows explorer
• Create, rename & delete files (General housekeeping)
